How do AI credits work?
Photo detection uses one credit and identifying an item uses another. Replacement-cost research uses one credit per item submitted. A workflow can use several credits. Included credits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Daily and per-minute safeguards also apply.
What does the Professional plan include?
Professional provides three user seats—one owner and up to two assistants—plus property-specific, read-only client access. It includes space for up to 12 active properties, 10 retained submitted claims, and 1,000 shared AI credits per month. It is intended for public adjusters, inventory specialists, and insurance or real estate professionals documenting client contents. Submitting a claim creates a permanent snapshot, makes its inventory read-only, and releases the active property slot.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan, including Professional, includes 7 days of access for eligible new accounts without entering a credit card. Add a payment method from Subscription if you want service to continue after the trial; otherwise it ends automatically with no charge. Administrators may also grant sponsored trials with a custom duration.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If HomeContentsListPro is not right for you, submit a Billing and subscription request through the Help Center within 30 calendar days after your first successful paid subscription charge. We will refund that charge in full to the original payment method and cancel future renewal. The guarantee applies once per customer and account; renewals, later billing periods, and plan-change proration charges are not eligible.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can review available upgrades and downgrades from the Subscription page. The page explains when each change takes effect before you continue.
What happens to my inventory if my subscription ends?
Your inventory remains in your account. You can view and export it, while adding or changing inventory requires an active subscription.
How much does annual billing save?
When annual billing is available, each plan card shows the current monthly equivalent and savings calculated from that plan’s live prices.
Is my inventory data secure?
HomeContentsListPro uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication to protect account access. You control the details you add and the reports or read-only links you choose to share.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Your inventory stays in your account after a subscription ends, and you can still view and export it. An active subscription is required to add or change inventory.
Does this work for renters?
Yes. Renters can organize belongings room by room, attach photos and purchase details, research replacement costs, and prepare records for a renters-insurance claim.
How accurate is the AI replacement-cost research?
AI provides a researched first pass, not an appraisal or a coverage decision. Review each suggested match, source, and price before you use it in a claim or report.
Can I share my inventory with my insurance agent?
Yes. You can create reports, spreadsheets, photo packages, backups, and read-only links. Choose the format your agent or adjuster asks for, and review the contents before sharing.
What happens if I forget an item after submitting my claim?
Contact your insurer or adjuster promptly and ask how to add documentation; deadlines and amendment rules vary by claim. HomeContentsListPro can keep the later record and supporting proof organized, but it cannot decide whether an insurer will accept a change.
